Individual Therapy Session

One-on-one sessions centered on your emotional well-being, personal growth, and healing. These sessions provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore life experiences, build inner resilience, and move toward meaningful change—grounded in a strength-focused and trauma-informed approach.

Family or Couple Therapy Session

A supportive space where partners or family members can deepen understanding, improve communication, and navigate challenges with care and respect. These sessions focus on enhancing meaningful connection and fostering stronger, more resilient relationships. A 75-minute session is recommended for the first appointment to allow ample time for building rapport and shared understanding.

Clinical Supervision

Professional support for therapists and counsellors through reflective dialogue, case discussion, and skill development within an ethical, collaborative environment. These sessions are designed to build confidence, enhance competency, and deepen therapeutic presence.

For those participating in a research study, these sessions may involve art-making, interviews, or creative reflection—always guided by consent, care, and mutual respect. More info: http://www.therapythrougharts.com/research-project.html
